Strength Training for Older Adults

Older adults of any age and fitness level are invited to join this special exercise program made possible by a partnership with the Geri-Fit® Company. Participants will be exercising to a Geri-Fit® DVD and most of the exercises will be performed seated in a chair, with no dancing or aerobics involved. Each participant will need a set of 2 or 3-pound dumbbell weights, a medium weight stretch band, and water to drink. Space is limited so registration is required.
