NaNoWriMo Information & Schedule of Events
November is National Novel Writing Month
November is NaNoWriMo: National Novel Writing Month! Do you have a novel waiting to be written? This might be the time to put pen to paper (or fingers to keyboard) and share your words. 300,000 people are expected to join this annual writing marathon with the goal of writing 50,000 words in 30 days. NaNoWriMo is a novel-writing program for everyone who has thought about writing a novel but has been scared away by the time and effort involved. It is all about quantity, creativity and output; not quality, correcting and editing. The library will celebrate this special month with information, inspiration, programs, and places for you to work on your novel. Download this form to track your writing progress and watch your word count grow!
Stop in the library for more information, join us for a program or write-in, and go to http://www.nanowrimo.org to sign up. Track your writing progress by downloading this form
