Yoga is a great way to promote health of the body and the mind as it creates balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility. Chair yoga involves the use of a chair to provide support, so it is great for seniors, those with limited mobility, or beginners. Karen Kramer, a registered yoga instructor, will teach this three class course on chair yoga on Thursday, May 31, June 7 and June 14. Each class will last 45 minutes. Everyone is welcome to join this free class. Comfortable clothing is suggested. Registration is encouraged, but walk-ins available if space allows.
