First sponsored in 1958, National Library Week is a national observance sponsored by the American Library Association (ALA) and libraries across the country each April. It is a time to celebrate the contributions of our nation's libraries and librarians and to promote library use and support.

Help us celebrate National Library Week by sharing a few sentences about why "You Belong @ Your Library." The library will provide cards for your statements about how you use the library, what services or programs you love, or just anything you would like to share. Statements will be shared on the bulletin board and around the library. Everyone filling out a card will be entered into a drawing for a library gift basket and other prizes.
