Dr. Richard Barker will discuss his latest book Dubuque's Haunted History with examples and slides. Richard is a social scientist, author, engineer, and teacher. He taught in college at graduate and undergrad levels for thirty years, worked in the aerospace industry for fifteen years, and is currently Principal investigator for Big Muddy Ghost Hunters in Dubuque. Questions will be welcome and books will be available for sale.
