Dubuque author Bob Klein will be at the James Kennedy Public Library to talk about his latest book, Dubuque During the California Gold Rush: When the Midwest Went West. He will present some history of the book, the whole process of writing and publishing, and answer questions. Books will be available from the author. Refreshments will be available.
