Exercise program for seniors and those with limited mobility.
Thursdays, April 7, 14, 21, 28: Chair Yoga at the Ellen Kennedy Living Center @ 9:00 am. The James Kennedy Public Library is sponsoring these special exercise sessions which are for seniors and those with limited mobility. The sessions will be led by Karen Kramer and held in the upstairs dining room of the Ellen Kennedy Living Center, 1177 7th St. SW, Dyersville. Sessions are free and open to the public.
