Universal Class is a new service being offered by the James Kennedy Public Library. Card holders have access to over 500 online continuing education courses. Subjects include everything from computer training to pet and animal care to music and painting to GED training. Paul Gillespie, Training and Development Manager for Recorded Books, will present this session on Universal Class - what it is, how you can use it, and more. His presentation will show patrons how to find the service, create an account, find courses, and complete lessons or courses. He will show how to use the courses to get CE credit if they need to.
