Saturday, October 16:  Celebrate "Teen Read Week" with "The Hunger Games" starting at 7:00 pm.  We will be bringing The Hunger Games to life for Teen Read Week.  Area teens are invited to the   library for this special after-hours event for students in 7th thru 12th grade. Teams will be formed, cornucopias will be raided, games will be played and battles will be fought.  Of course there will be food and awards!  Registration is required and a minimum of 4 teams need to sign up for the program to be held so pick up your registration forms soon!  (Teams must consist of 2 to 4 people.)   For admission, participants are asked to bring canned food or toiletries to donate to the local food pantry.  Deadline for registration is October 15th at 5 pm.
