Saturday, October 30: Children’s Halloween Party @ 10:00 am. Halloween is here! To celebrate, we will be hosting our annual costume and craft party for children of all ages. Halloween themed stories will be read, and the children’s costumes will be judged and treats handed out. After the costume judging, kids will be trick-or-treating at some of the businesses on First Avenue. The trick-or-treating will conclude at about 11 a.m., followed by a simple craft at the library. Children of all ages are encouraged to attend, but we do request that children younger than 6 be accompanied by a parent or other adult. Sponsored by the Pamida Foundation.
