An American Experience : a Book Discussion Series

Join us on alternating Tuesdays from October 26 thru December 7 @ 7:00 pm for this discussion series.  Developed by Barbara Lounsberry and facilitated by Allison McNeese, this series features four books that highlight the experience of  living in  America.  Registration is requested to ensure enough copies of each book are available.  For more details, please call or stop in at the library.   Books to be discussed include The Life and Times of the Thunderbolt Kid by Bill Bryson,  Nineteen Minutes by Jodi Picoult, Prodigal Summer by Barbara Kingsolver, The Devil in the White City by Erik Larson.  Funded in part by a grant from Humanities Iowa.
