Area teens ages 13 to 19 are invited to create an original short film and enter it in the James Kennedy Public Library’s second filmmaking contest. Deadline for entries is March 13 at 5:00 pm.  Films selected from the contest will be screened at the Teen Film Festival to be held on Friday, March 19 at 7:00 pm.  Cash prizes will be awarded for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners and there will be a special People’s Choice Award.  Rules and guidelines are available at www.dyersville.lib.ia.us or at the library.
