Join us as author Dennis Weidemann presents a slide show chronicling the 1,400 mile canoe adventure taken by four Iowa farm boys thirty years ago.  With beat-up canoes the young explorers pushed off from a  park in Minnesota, and two-and-a-half months later reached the polar bears of Hudson Bay.  That journey of youth is also recorded in the book “This Water Goes North” which will be available to purchase following the presentation.
