This is the first of two free programs ISU Extension Nutrition and Health Specialist, Cindy Baumgartner, will be presenting at the library. In this program Cindy will talk about and demonstrate hot water bath canning for tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato juice and salsa. Recipes will be available.
