This is the second of two free programs ISU Extension Nutrition and Health Specialist, Cindy Baumgartner, will be presenting at the library. In this program Cindy will demonstrate and prepare main dishes that are fast, affordable and nutritious. ISU Extension's "Healthy Meals in a Hurry" book will be the basis of this program and will be available for purchase at a cost of $2.50.  Refreshments provided by the Friends of the Library.
