Dubuque native Fran Kennedy is the author of the children’s books "The Pickle Patch Bathtub" and the just published "Just Right Perfect Present".  Fran will present a program of general interest in which she will read from her books and talk about her road to becoming an author.  Please call the library for more information regarding this event.  Fran’s books will be available to purchase at a discount and Fran will be available to sign them following the presentation.  Refreshments provided by the Friends of the Library.
