A bumbling watchdog named Shoeshine finds that he has superpowers after a lab accident. When his is adopted by a 12-year-old boy he becomes lovable canine hero Underdog and saves the citizens of Capitol City from the evil Simon Barsinister. This film is rated PG. Popcorn and beverages provided by the Friends of the Library.
