Are you interested in participating in the Iowa Caucuses this January?  If so, mark your calendar for Thursday, December 13 at 7:00 pm and come to the James Kennedy Public Library in Dyersville.  The library is hosting a program on “How to Caucus” that should help you find out how it all works!  Western Dubuque Social Studies and American Government teacher Paul Schramm will be your guide in what it means to caucus in Iowa.  Representatives from the local Democratic and Republican Parties will also speak.  This event will be held in the Hoffman Room of the James Kennedy Public Library in Dyersville.  Refreshments are provided by the Friends of the James Kennedy Public Library.
