A family back to school program.
At this family "back-to-school" program, you will discover why some animals cannot stay in Iowa over winter. Migration is a fascinating process that many animals experience twice a year! The migration program will take a special look at birds, insects, and mammals; we will uncover why they move, how they move, and when they move. Bring your curiosity and some friends to the "Migration Situation" at your local library. This program is presented by Jenny Lawler from the Swiss Valley Nature Center.
