First of four Harry Potter movies to be shown
The new Harry Potter movie ("Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix") is scheduled to be released at movie theaters July 13, and the new (and final?) book "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows" will be released on July 21. Tying in with the anticipation, the library will show the four movies on Friday afternoons in June and end with a party in July. Popcorn and beverages will be provided by the Friends of the Library. The first Harry Potter movie, "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone" will be shown in the Hoffman Community room.
